Polynucleotide Treatments at Refine Clinic

Revive your skin from within. At Refine Clinic in Dublin, our polynucleotide treatments harness ultra-purified natural DNA fractions to promote regeneration at the deepest layers of your skin. We stimulate collagen, reduce inflammation, and restore youthful volume and hydration — so your glow comes naturally.

What Are Polynucleotides?

Polynucleotides are a cutting-edge approach to skin health and renewal. These ultra-purified DNA fragments trigger your body to produce more fibroblasts, the cells responsible for building collagen and elastin. As a result, your skin becomes thicker, firmer, and healthier. Thanks to their strong antioxidant effect, polynucleotides also calm inflammation, resulting in skin that looks luminous and even.

What Issues Can Polynucleotides Address?

Because of their versatility, polynucleotide treatments are ideal for many skin concerns.

Common concerns treated:

  • Fine lines, wrinkles, and loss of elasticity, especially around the eyes, cheeks, and neck

  • Under-eye crepiness, hollows, or puffiness

  • Acne scars and other atrophic scars

  • Pigmentation issues such as melasma or hyperpigmentation

  • Rosacea and skin redness

  • Stretch marks and skin laxity on the body

  • Hair thinning or early hair loss

  • Dehydrated or sun-damaged skin

When you want total skin rejuvenation rather than just filling volume, polynucleotides offer a holistic solution.

How Do Polynucleotides Differ from Dermal Fillers?

Polynucleotides work on skin quality and is used for patients concerned with fine lines, wrinkles and, loss of elasticity on the face or neck. It treats various concerns and is an excellent option for under-eye crepiness, puffiness, wrinkles, and hollows.

Fillers are more suitable for anyone with significant volume loss, imbalances or, those who wish to restore definition. They are used to augment a specific area via a lifting and volumising effect. While they can give the skin greater luminosity, polynucleotides tend to take a more holistic approach for widespread improvement of the skin whilst stimulating collagen production and smoothing lines and wrinkles.
