What Is Intimate Exosome Therapy?

Intimate Exosome Therapy for Women is a nonsurgical regenerative treatment designed to support vulvar skin health, reduce irritation and dryness, improve sensitivity and enhance overall intimate comfort. Using Purasomes IRC100+, a clinically advanced exosome rich formulation, this treatment helps restore balance, hydration and tissue quality in one of the most delicate areas of the body. 

Purasomes IRC100+ is a next generation regenerative solution containing microscopic messengers such as purified exosomes, anti-inflammatory cytokines and Amplex+™ technology that support cellular repair, collagen and elastin production, improved hydration and sensitivity and more.

At Refine Clinic, the solution is applied externally to the vulvar skin and often combined with gentle microneedling (0.2 mm dermastamp or dermapen) to enhance absorption and stimulate regeneration. This results healthier, resilient and more comfortable intimate skin.

What to Expect From Your Treatment?

We follow a structured, comfortable process to ensure your safety and results.

Step 1: Consultation

Dr. Natalia Bratu will assess your concerns, medical history and goals. She will explain the treatment, expected outcomes and whether a course of sessions is recommended. 

Step 2: Preparation

The area is cleansed with a nonalcoholic antimicrobial cleanser, and a topical anesthetic cream may be externally applied for comfort. Retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, waxing and sunbeds should be avoided for two weeks beforehand. 

Step 3: Procedure

The Purasomes IRC100+ vial is opened and drawn using a sterile syringe (no needle used on the skin). Drops of the solution are applied externally to the vulvar skin, and a 0.2 mm dermastamp or dermapen is used to enhance absorption. The remaining solution is then gently massaged across the area. The treatment is comfortable and takes approximately 20–30 minutes. 

Step 4: Aftercare and Recovery

A layer of Purasomes IRC100+ Intimate Gel is applied to complete the treatment. A warm sensation may occur briefly; this is normal and settles quickly.  You may resume normal activities immediately, although you should avoid waxing, saunas, swimming and vigorous exercise for 48 hours. You should also continue using the regenerative gel at home as advised. 

Results

Most patients notice early improvements within 1–2 weeks, including reduced irritation, improved hydration, smoother skin and enhanced comfort. Over the following 4–8 weeks, deeper regenerative changes occur as collagen, elastin and microcirculation improve.

Pre & Post Treatment Advice

Pre-Treatment Care and Advice

We advise avoiding the following for two weeks before treatment: 

Retinoids, AHAs, BHAs and exfoliants.

Waxing, bleaching or hair removal.

Sunbeds, saunas and swimming.

Self-tanning products.

If you have a history of herpes simplex, prophylactic antiviral medication may be recommended. 

Post-Treatment Care and Advice

For the first 48 hours following your treatment, we advise: 

Avoid waxing, saunas, swimming and strenuous exercise.

Avoid tight clothing if sensitive.

Do not apply internal products.

To ensure daily care, we recommend the use of Purasomes Intimate Regenerative Gel twice daily, the avoidance of harsh cleansers or fragranced products and that the treated area is kept clean and dry. If you happen to experience mild warmth or tingling, don’t worry, as this is normal and settles quickly. If you have any concerns, our team is always available to support you.
