Terms & Conditions for Black Friday

These promotional offers are available exclusively during our Black Friday campaign and are subject to the terms outlined below. By purchasing or booking any promotional treatment, the client agrees to the following conditions.

1. General Terms

1.1 All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

1.2 Offers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or voucher.

1.3 All treatments are subject to medical suitability. If a client is deemed unsuitable during consultation, an alternative treatment or credit may be offered at the clinic’s discretion.

1.4 Deposits and pre-payments are considered booking fees and are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the patient. Standard cancellation policy applies. Click here to view our Cancellation Policy.

1.5 If a client has paid a deposit or pre-paid for a treatment and decides not to proceed within three (3) working days of the scheduled appointment, the amount paid will be credited to their Refine Clinic account for future use.

1.6 Full pre-payment or deposit must be made at the time of booking to secure the promotional offer.

1.7 Treatments must be redeemed within the time frame stated in each offer.

Medical Suitability

All treatments are performed at the discretion of Dr. Natalia Bratu. The clinic reserves the right to decline treatment if it is not in the patient’s best medical interest. In such cases, an alternative treatment credit may be issued – refunds will not apply.

Offer Terms & Conditions Specifics

Tricopat Hair Loss Therapy

  • 4 treatments for €800.

  • Must be pre-paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Offer valid for bookings made between November 10th 2025 and December 1st 2025.

  • Treatments must be scheduled in accordance with medical guidelines and clinic availability.

Lanluma Bum Lift

  • €1,700 per treatment (minimum €500 deposit required at time of booking).

  • €4,600 for 3 treatments (minimum €500 deposit required at time of booking).

  • A medical consultation is required prior to treatment to assess suitability.

  • Consultation fee will be deducted from the final treatment cost once the treatment is completed.

  • If a patient is unsuitable for the procedure, the deposit may be transferred towards another treatment, but will not be refunded.

Non-Surgical Thread Lifts

  • 20% off all thread lift treatments, excluding eyebrow thread lifts (not included in the offer).

  • A minimum deposit of €500 is required at the time of booking.

  • A consultation is required to confirm medical suitability.

  • Consultation fee will be deducted from the final price once treatment has been completed.

  • If unsuitable, the deposit may be used toward an alternative treatment but is not refundable.

Lip Filler + Exosomes Offer

  • 1ml Lip Filler + 1 Exosomes treatment for €499.

  • Both treatments can be carried out on the same day if clinically appropriate.

  • Must be pre-paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Offer cannot be split, transferred, or shared between clients.
